New York City-area rock band, Almost One, will have two songs featured in writer and director John Larkin’s latest short film, “Billy’s in Love,” starring Bostin Christopher (Unbreakable, Law & Order).
Billy lives alone with his parents and has never had a girlfriend. When a beautiful young woman starts frequenting the family hardware store, Billy’s desire for her turns into obsession. Almost One’s songs, “The Line” and “Outside the Box,” are played during two scenes.
The film will be screened in Manhattan at the Visual Arts Theater on 333 West 23rd Street between 8th and 9th Ave. on May 4 at 8:30 p.m. The theater has the second largest screen in Manhattan.
